I love and respect running. It is not a sport, it's a way of life. The people you meet quickly become your family. You get out what you put in. I believe that running can regulate a lot of what's going haywire in life. It's the best anti-depressant. It's the best fixer of moods. Contrary to what other sports will say, it's FUN! I want it to be fun for you too. So I expect you to respect it, but also enjoy it. It's frustrating getting into a new "hobby" and not know what to do. You make mistake after mistake and it becomes a chore that ain't that enjoyable.That's where I come in. I can analyze where you've been, where you are now and where you wanna go.
